No supplies needed. Please be sure your child brings their own water bottle in.

🧁👩🍳Culinary Challenge (Ages 9+)

Dates: November 24 & 25
Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Price: $150 - Until 11/14  - will go up to $165 on 11/15
Includes: Two hands-on dishes per day, daily challenges, recipe links, take-home containers

Day 1 – Spanish Comfort & Culinary Confidence

🍗 Dish 1: Pollo Guisado con Patatas y Arroz Blanco

• Students learn knife safety, stovetop simmering, and flavor layering
  

🍎 Dish 2: Puff Pastry Apple Roses

• Students learn rolling, layering, and oven safety
  

🍰 Day 2 – Bake-Off & Build

🎂 Dish 1: Mini Layered Cakes with Whipped Cream & Fruit Compote

• Students bake, cool, and assemble their own layered cake
• Learn piping, and fruit reduction
  

🍪 Dish 2: Snickerdoodles + Sugar Cookie Decorating

• Students roll and bake cinnamon-sugar snickerdoodles
• Decorate pre-baked sugar cookies
